paying the bill? payments to be made within 3 days via: online - maybank2u account, ATM transfer & cash deposit. if you fail to make payment within 3 days after reservation, we'll have to release the item (s).

backouts? sorry, love but seriously no refunds once payments have been made.

delivery services? mr. postman will get your goodies to your doorstep via poslaju at RM7 for west malaysia and RM9 for east malaysia. for purchases above RM150, postage's on us. like seriously!

lost in transition? we're seriously not responsible for any losses due to delivery. for safety purposes, we will not use snail mail. only registered mail (for small parcels only) and courier.
