we know we're probably starting to sound like a broken record played hundred times over or a grandmama who wouldn't stop nagging frivolously but let us say it one more time in unison. we sincerely thank you sweeties for your patience and understanding to be able to put up with the 3 of us sometimes clueless but seriously insane girls-on-the-run-for-more. now, with that aside, let's get down to business.

like its title goes, this is a working policy so we're making improvements as we go along. the whole point really is to make it easy for both you and us. so here you go: 

step one: you email us to make an order for your pieces *wonderful news for us*

step two: we tell you if it's available and if you're confirmed taking them *yippie for you* (or taken, then not so good for you)

step three: *very important* you reply within 1 day after our availability/confirmation email to confirm your reservation or decline. if you don't check your email that often/quick, kindly leave us your contact number in your first email for faster, more efficient communication. if you don't reply within 1 day, it'll be open and available again to the next girl who comes along.

step four: *very very important* should you have confirmed, you have 3 days to make payment. if on the 4th, you have not made payment, we'll have to release it out or to the next girl on the waiting list, unless, as mentioned previously, if you have a valid reason that renders you unable to pay so soon, please give us a heads-up on that.

so we went pink for the month of october. let's give 3 cheers to our brave breast cancer souls *hip hip hooray*

now as we go into november, like seriously's joining other wonderful people in going green. we love recycling good ol' stuff, we love vintage, we love nature and we love film fests! yes, oh, yes, we'll be setting up booth at bijou bazaar this weekend (november 1-2) from 10am to 10pm at aswara for the eco film fest 2008!

as y'all darlings are probably aware, there's been a nationwide increase in postage probably due to too many postmen to feed and not enough cheap petrol to go around!

anyways, during chapter 8, we charged rm8 for postage but from chapter 9 onwards, we'll only be charging rm7 for west m'sia and rm9 for east m'sia for parcels of 1-2 pieces. so to be fair to everyone *wink*, for those who were charged rm8 last week, we'll be keeping that rm1 in your account and deducting it from your next purchase. for parcels of more than 2 pieces, you'll be charged accordingly upon weight. oh! but of course, should your total exceed rm150, postage's totally free!

october's breast cancer awareness worldwide and we'd like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to the women who've lost their lives to cancer and to those who're still fighting their battles. let's go pink, pink, pink to salute the survivors who've won over this terrible ordeal.
