like its title goes, this is a working policy so we're making improvements as we go along. the whole point really is to make it easy for both you and us. so here you go:
step one: you email us to make an order for your pieces *wonderful news for us*
step two: we tell you if it's available and if you're confirmed taking them *yippie for you* (or taken, then not so good for you)
step three: *very important* you reply within 1 day after our availability/confirmation email to confirm your reservation or decline. if you don't check your email that often/quick, kindly leave us your contact number in your first email for faster, more efficient communication. if you don't reply within 1 day, it'll be open and available again to the next girl who comes along.
step four: *very very important* should you have confirmed, you have 3 days to make payment. if on the 4th, you have not made payment, we'll have to release it out or to the next girl on the waiting list, unless, as mentioned previously, if you have a valid reason that renders you unable to pay so soon, please give us a heads-up on that.
